All of our jewelry is handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio by our master craftsmen. Our jewelry uses 18k recycled gold unless otherwise stated in the product description. All of the stones used in Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry are real and found naturally in the earth. Our stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced. Read more about our values here.
All products are photographed to show as much detail as possible. Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware that every computer monitor is different so colors may vary.
The Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry brand and jewelry designs are protected under United States copyright protection and the designs are protected under trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Sales Tax
All orders with a California billing/shipping address will be charged a 9% sales tax.
Repairs
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Please send an email to info@laurenfranks.com with images and a detailed description of the damage.
We stand by the high quality of our pieces, and will repair any manufacturing defect within 90 days of receipt of purchase at no charge. Unless deemed a defect of fabrication in creating the piece, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide an estimate of costs before completing the repair.
Ring Size
Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer. Our rings fit true to US standard size. If you do not know your ring size, we recommend consulting a local jeweler.

When determining your ring size, consider these factors:
Temperature: Do not measure your finger if your body temperature is too hot or too cold. A hot finger expands while a cold finger contracts. Measure your fingers at room temperature.
Thickness of the band: Thick bands will feel tighter than thin bands. We recommend ordering thick bands a full size larger than a thin band.
Big knuckles: Your ring must be able to fit over your knuckle.
Rings can be resized for a small fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
Jewelry Care
Gold is a soft metal that will naturally scratch and show wear over time. While diamonds and gemstones are hard, they can still chip and crack if hit against a hard surface, so please take care when wearing.
We recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Storing each jewelry piece alone in individual boxes or bags will prevent scratches. Necklaces and bracelets should be fastened to prevent tangles.
Please do not expose jewelry to household chemicals and/or cleaning products which may damage stones and metals. Perfumes, lotions, oils and other beauty products should not be used on or around the jewelry. Do not wear jewelry while swimming or bathing.
You can gently clean your jewelry with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. However, we recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned. Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry provides free, unlimited jewelry cleaning for all of our pieces.
Custom
Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry can customize any ring size, stone choice, and/or chain length. Please contact info@laurenfranks.com to place your custom order. Additional fees may apply.
