Shipping Information

All Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry is made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. Most orders take 7-10 days to produce, however, some specialty items take 2-3 weeks. During holiday time, please allow 2-3 weeks for production. If you need something by a specific date, please send us an email at info@laurenfranks.com so that we can do our best to help you.

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated for your preferred shipping method (i.e. FedEx Ground or Fedex International). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from info@laurenfranks.com with your tracking details. Please check your SPAM folder.

Items for delivery via ground shipping, can take up to approximately 5-7 business days.

All of our deliveries require a signature confirmation.

Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, or shipping delays due to shipping vendor or weather.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx .

Continental FedEx 2nd Day: $25
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories FedEx Ground: $45
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories FedEx 2nd Day: $55
FedEx International Priority Shipping: $75, before any applicable taxes/duties are added

International Orders

Lauren Franks Fine Jewelry ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your order. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.

Refund Policy

We regret that at this time we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@laurenfranks.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
